Open Arms Support Services Ltd was established in 2014 by our Clinical Director, Nikki Findlay, with the aim of delivering high quality occupational therapy, speech & language therapy and counselling services without an emphasis on diagnostics or thresholds. In other words, offering support to those who need an intervention to maintain, recover or develop participation in activity.

Our mission is to provide high quality client centred, holistic support to adults and children across Norfolk and the Southeast of England to enable them to live life to their full potential. Since 2014, the company has grown and developed but our mission remains the same.

We provide a friendly, professional service, supporting individuals to optimise functioning in a manner that is always solution and outcome focused. Our therapists are registered with the Health and Care Professionals Council and the relevant professional bodies such as the Royal College of Occupational Therapists.
